Topic: Gimp effect problem...

When im using istopmotion, i often have the need to make a quick gimp effect, when i want to edit a facial emotion, or a black eye... But when i click the frame, export as an image, open it up in gimp, and edit the photo, the picture i edited becomes lighter when i drop it into istopmotion... I don't know why but its irritating... Any advice?

Re: Gimp effect problem...

I think you may want to try turning the pictures hue/saturation down a bit when your in gimp so it matches that of the the pictures in istopmotion.
Hope this helped. mini/bigsmile

Re: Gimp effect problem...

Try right clicking (control click) and then hit edit with GImp. If it says edit with preview you need to go into the preferences (istopmotion>preferences) and choose gimp. I hope it helps you.
