My name is Gillian Orwoll and I've been very seriously composing music for three years. I am to be a student at the Crane School of Music at SUNY Potsdam. I would love to write music for any films out there. I can compose a wide variety of music and would be interested in writing music for anything.

I have been playing the piano since age seven and the cello since age eight. I taught myself the guitar at age twelve. Recently, I've had one of my compositions performed by a symphony orchestra. And in the fall, I had a string orchestra perform one of my arrangements. I have played the piano for a local performance of the show Peter Pan, and played the piano for the seventh  graders' concert. Over the past summer, I sang, played piano, and entertained Alzheimer's patients at the Morningside Home. I have composed the background music for hundred's of computer games and would love to get into this. A year ago, I wrote my own musical, including the screenplay, the songs, the lyrics, and everything else. And, above all of these, I believe I am most qualified for the job because of my ardent passion and love for music and for attempting to create the most beautiful, fitting music I can.
