I would say the last frame(s) overlaps new frame(s) with 50%(may vary) opacity.
Btw if I were you seaforce I would have googled it. No offense.

I am English and I don't need to learn any language because I already know English.
But anyway, William It would be nice if you could add that capture function that merges multiple images to reduce noise, you know the one in monkey jam. And give it a name because I don't think it has one, please.

Noise is the proper name for Grain. You may come across anti-noise settings in your video editor, well it gets rid of grain.
Holy shoot, are you sure this is going to be free? 
Some things I'd like to see would be the option to put in visual/special effects in program.
