1. Look at the rule-list. If there is no such rule, of what you are looking for, take a moment, and think a bit.
2. You make a new theme, and make the only entrant sad. (Not sure about this one..)
3. You let the only entrant win, and he is allowed to make a new theme.
4. You post that you need one more entrant before judging, then waiting to see if anyone makes something.
Again, I'll see if I can get something done. Can't find a certain brick, so I'm a bit stuck right now.

Build a minifig that is a human-animal hybrid! (Animals can be mythical, no giants/trolls allowed).
