I know the white expanse isn't very good but It's late at night so I can't bring my lights down right now.
PS: This is the Build the Minifig challenge, not the have cool Brickarms weapons thread. So I choose not to have a Sniper rifle...

So? Just because he's a sniper doesn't mean he always has to have a sniper rifle on his person at all times. Granted, it shows he's a sniper better, but we already know what he is, because the theme is sniper.
Anyway, he looks good, just a bit too much like a police though.
Yeah, but he looks more like a policeman than anything.
He looks more like a (sorry if I'm rude) stalker than a sniper, with his binoculars and his.... OK now I change my mind. I didn't see the knife!:o

Hmm, I guess it does look more like a swat member.
FYI, the round monicle like thing on his eye is an enhanced targeting thing.

MadLibs, that could be the strangest scope I have ever and will see on a gun.
It's not ON the gun. It folds down from his back.

Why does he have binoculars and an advanced targeting system? Also, with the targeting system, it looks a bit cluttered. I think a sniper is suppose to be fast and able to make a quick getaway once they snipe someone.
Do you even know how much lego weighs?! It's lighter than a paper clip. He could make a quick escape with 10 of those on his back. The binoculars are for sighting the target and the fold-down scope is for when he is aiming and and firing the sniper. Plus you can't very well shoot with binoculars in your face.
Lego is light to you, to the figure, it's heavy.

I have to laugh at that post and it's lack of logic. Sorry, but that's just lame.
Dude, it's suppose to be minifigure scale. He couldn't even make an escape at all with 10 of those on his back. He couldn't even move his legs! It's not in real life, it's in Lego. You wouldn't see a real life sniper lugging that thing around, would you? And you could just use the fold-down scope for sighting the target also, it's the same thing as using binoculars. You just don't see a sniper on a rooftop looking through binoculars at his victim and holding his rifle by his side, not even aimed.

Once he is on position, he just has to open his suitcase and to build the rifle together.

BGanimation, do you really care? IMO, that sniper was awesome. That thing reminds me of the gun the "predators" had in their back. And they're fast. (this doesn't mean I like the predator movie)
