Correction it's probably the quickest way to get noticed, but the quickest way to be hated.
Seriously
Just make good quality videos, with story and plot. Don't make unfunny videos that rely on the use of cursing to get a laugh.

I'm sure some of you have heard of 'Kids React' on TheFineBros' channel. Well, i was thinking, we should try to get them to do 'Kids React to Brickfilming'. That would be pretty awesome. It would make brickfilming a little more popular, and people will start getting noticed. Plus it would be interesting to see what the kids say about it.

yeah, i didn't think you could just say 'do kids react to brickfilming!' and it will magically happen. If I do do this it will take quite awhile.

I think it would be cool if they actuaally do it. Also, if they do do an episode on it, who's brickfilms do you think they will use? ForrestFire is out of they question. Keshen Maybe. Something tells me they would use someone like Fancypants, Filmyguy, or Spastic Chuwawa.

I've shown my films to school children before and the response has always been positive.
Also, my kids are my biggest fans.

I would say no. Because its just a hassle to set it up, and you wouldn't get that much money. Plus your viewers will get annoyed with the ads.
but either way, its your channel. Do what ever you want.
What! Everybdoy is getting those except for me and I have like 6 times as many subscribers as you!
It must be the copyrighted content on my channel...
Even so, I know I would never accept one of those. It's jsut seducing us to the dark side of bad videos.
I just got one, but I'm not going to accept. Those ads are way too annoying.
Still,with youtube partner,i can make my channel even more awesome!!!

No, I believe the message you got was not advertising complete partnershop as in what nxt and smeags and all the famous guys have with the banners and text boxes and stuff but just advertisements put on your video.
And you don't get paid per view.
You get payed per click on an ad.
And nobody, nobody, ever clicks on those ads.

You have fewer than 40 subs, and not many views. Two videos that are under 30 seconds, and an outro video. I don't think you will meet the standards of the partnership program.

I think you get paid a few cents every hundred views or so but for the most part, your correct.
Big shiny banner plus more equals partnership, non-shiny ads equals monetization. There's a big difference.

Honestly, I and many other people i know don't get annoyed by ads. Just X out of them and your fine. And if you are annoyed by the ads on the side of your video, just make the player bigger.

I do sometimes, but usually only when it's an advert for My Little Pony toys. Google knows me so well.
You shouldn't be afraid of clicking on ads if it's something you're interested in. You'll be supporting Google (and therefore the value of Internet advertising) and the content creator. Who knows, you might even find something you like.

I find that people are more likely to click on ads if they are for a movie, TV Show, or a videogame. Especiallly if there is a trailer in the ad.
Occasionally, I accidentally click on an ad when I try to close it too quickly. 
For those YouTubers that get tons of viewers, the accidental clicks may add up.
The only ad I have ever clicked on on Youtube was one for Johnny English Reborn.
