Animator's Bible
I've heard good stuff from both of those books. I will hopefully be purchasing the Animator's Survival kit soon.

Here a list of english books posted at the brickboard a few years ago (by Mirko):
- Ken A. Priebe: The Art of Stop-Motion Animation
- Richard Williams: The Animator's Survival Kit: A Working Manual of Methods, Principles and Formulas for Computer, Stop-motion, Games and Classical Animators
- Bruce Mamer: Film Production Technique. Creating the Accomplished Image
- Don Bluth's Art of Storyboard
- Robert McKee: Story
There's a book called "3D Toons" that actually has two sections about brickfilming, highlighting Jay Silver and Egoless.
- Leo
I own both The animator's survival kit and Cracking animation (Aardman's guide to stop-motion) and I find both of them extremely useful and would fully reccomend them.
