I just have a problem building gardens not only because of my low ammount of green but because I just cannot figure out how to make a decent one, i hope someone can help me or give me some examples.

The best advice I can give you, is get more green bricks, or buy flower, tree and grass lego pieces... That's the best I can do....
To make a good, unique garden I'd use a mixture of all of the green random pieces you have and some real-life grass. I'd stick clumps of it all over the set, and use some (Quite a bit) of the brown tiles and sprinkle some dirt on it. If you don't like what you've done to your Lego, the hair dry it. That's what I'd do.
