Topic: Explosion?
Hi,
Do any of you know how to create an explosion, without post production? By that I mean using bricks.
Feedback is greatly appreciated.

Start with a single point, and begin building off of that one frame at a time. I can't think of any tutorials of the top of my head I could like to. Some one else may know of one however.
Fire pieces and cone pieces, along with some black bricks at the top.
Dog
there is a program called adobe after effects but i don't know much about it:(
I'd say, start with a small lighter coloured brick(yellow), and build it up to the hotter colours. I'd say, 1. Yellow 2. Orange 3.Red, for a fast flash. I dunno, expirement.
I'm with AncientEngine, although maybe you should also make the picture brighter with every frame, if you can.
Cotton wool and a torch
Animate the wool like smoke and use the torch for a warm orange glow
Build up and out with bricks, changing from white to yellow to orange to red to grey, then finally black.
After they turn black, thin the structure out gradually.
I know a tut on BrickTrick, but I red no one wants german sites linked.
Smeagols sig was a quote, you can link to German websites.
I once made a cannon ball splash in the water. I don't know if that helps. http://vimeo.com/12221300
You should do what NXTmaniac did in this video:

BrickTrick is the best site to find and learn about programs like that.
