You embed the image using the BB code format the same way that you would anywhere else on the forums. There's a pixel limit of 100x400, though.
I just finished making x sheets for the main characters of my film Charter, which means I'll be starting animation soon. Yay!

You have to put the Link in between the code.

There is only one a year, they either happen late December or early January. They usually try to have them when people are on their Christmas breaks.
THAC occurs only once a year. The next one will probably be at the very start of January 2016, but it is possible that it could happen at the very end of December 2015.
Edit: I have been ninja'd
So a couple minutes ago I was about to begin shooting some test animation to try out shooting at 24 fps, and to in general practice animation for BRAWL and other upcoming animation projects. But when I opened up DragonFrame I was treated to this from my camera:
I tried several times refreshing the connections and closing/reopening the program, but the problem persists. Anyone know what's going on? Is this a problem with my camera, or with DragonFrame? Is it finally time to put my good ol' C910 out to pasture? If so, I'm going to have to go and quickly get some more gear for my DSLR if I'm to be ready for BRAWL next week. Is was planning on using the webcam as a backup in case I wasn't ready to use to DSLR yet, so we'll see how that goes.

Yes, I did that as well, and the problem still persists. I wonder if it's a software issue with the camera, or if the hardware is damaged somehow.
No I don't have another webcam to test with. I've have tried my DSLR, and it works fine, in the regard that the green stuff doesn't appear. I may try reinstalling the logitech software just to see.

You're on the right path, however, you can't use Google Drive for embedded images. Try using Imgur, it's a free service and you don't even need to make an account.
And maybe tone down your use of smiles and caps lock next time.
Also, Fall Below Films, it might be helpful to read through this thread:
How do I use an image as my signature
They had the same question.
