Frame for my upcoming, still non-official brickfilm ...
I like the camera angle in this, but the set seems a tad bland maybe. Perhaps add a window or two. I find doing so gives the shot the appearance of not just being a man in front of a wall but that the rest of the world is going on behind him.
Also, the camera quality looks great, is that a C910 you're using there?
Also, adding a line along the wall is a good simple way to ad some detail.
My thought is it looks really really epic.
Really great quality, coolasice. I love it. The smoke from the gun looks well done to.
Good work on the set. One or two things you should fix though. You should make it a decent bit darker. I know for a fact, that this scene in Inception was a lot darker. For this frame, it looks like the above lights are skylights not dim hotel light fixtures. Also, the man with the gun is standing perfectly level to the ground, whereas Arthur (I think that's his name in the movie), is bent over, holding on to the floor as it turns.
What I remember is that the lighting was softer, like incandescent lights...
But other than that it looks nice. Heck, even if you keep it the way it is people will be so in awe that they won't notice the lighting.
It's going to be a remake of the old film I made back in 2009 as a parody of the MAC VS PC commercials, Brickfilm VS Claymation. There's going to be three of them.

Haha, that's awesome.
Excellent lighting. Is it in the same film as the giant robot? Also, what stop-motion program do you use?
NXT, really great shot, I really like the lighting and the fig looks awesome! where did you get that head?
It seems like all of NXT's frames are instantly awesome looking...

Yes, it's from the same film, but the giant you mention is not a robot. I use StopIt while taking pictures. It's not what I sequence them with, I simply use it to see how everything looks at full speed. (it's hard to explain, I've got a poor setup with my animation software.)
Makerimages, it's from a while ago, I don't know what set exactly. I just removed the eyes in post-production to make it look like he is sleeping.
It's form a basketball set, I believe.
