I currently have a problem I can't take good pictures with monkey jam, when I zoom in it looks all blurred and i cant work with that, in some stop-motion tutorials ive seen when the picture is zoomed it looks perfect can anyone help me???

What camera is it? If it's a webcam with digital zoom, then using the zoom will make the quality nasty.

How can I make the quality better for the picture, I need a way to use digital zoom and focus without getting the quality nasty
Physically move the camera closer, while lowering the focus.
