I am currently having a problem 
I dont know how high the walls should be, usualy my camera is plain on ground no tripod if any one knows please tell me
The height depends on how you are going to position your camera. In your case, the wall should probably be at least 8 bricks high, maybe a little smaller if you aim down, but we usually make our walls about 10 bricks tall.
Just build until you can't see past the wall.
My walls are about 6-7 bricks high, and that just about works. But I'd say just build until you run out. Or if you have a lot of bricks, around 10 should do.
Not too high though, or it looks like there's no ceiling.
I'd advise changing your name.

It all really depends on the angle.
no bigger than 15. I can't stand walls that extend on forever.
