I've tried to download it many times, but it just comes up as pictures and I don't know what to do. I would really like to try it. So, how do you download/install it? 
Meh, still pics. Heres exactly what I did: Click on link | Click Open with | Wait for Firefox to download it | Extract files | Click on helium frog | Look at pics | What am I doing wrong?

That's because you have to UNZIP it. Right click on the installed folder and hit extract files.
Um... I suck at computer stuff...uh...so could you post a pic?
No. I'm way too lazy. 
But it's not that hard. Once you download it, then right click on your downloaded file and click extract files, then choose where you want to extract them to. Done. Or use the free trial of a program called WinZip if you still can't get it.
Couldn't I just extract them?

Double click the ONE AND ONLY .EXE FILE IN THE FOLDER.
they are not all still pics
Basically bertl in the folder theres like 15 still pics, and an exe file, and a txt file.
You say there's only pics. Click on the pic called Helium Frog 2.06 that looks like a frog. There should be two pics that look like frogs. and some other ones.

Apology in advance if I am telling you something you may know.
By pictures I think you mean icons. As you get more into computing you will probably realise that icons are not the best display type.
Its probably best to work with a text view, so open the folder then use the top menu "View". Change the setting from icons to Details. You will now see a list of the items in text.
Click the one that is called "Helium_Frog_2_06.exe" (it may be just called "Helium_Frog_2_06" depending on your system settings) This runs the program.
By the way if the ".exe" doesn't show up you can make file extensions visible by Top Menu > Tools > Folder options > View Tab > Untick the box "Hide extensions for known types"
If you prefer this view, you can use the "Apply to All folders" button to make this the default view for any folder.
Well, he may have a valid point for complaint.
I tried to download it on my nan's PC, and it kept saying the file was corrupted...
I figured out why it wasn't working. Norton Anti-Virus is blocking it...
