Double click the ONE AND ONLY .EXE FILE IN THE FOLDER.
they are not all still pics
Basically bertl in the folder theres like 15 still pics, and an exe file, and a txt file.

By pictures I think you mean icons. As you get more into computing you will probably realise that icons are not the best display type.
Its probably best to work with a text view, so open the folder then use the top menu "View". Change the setting from icons to Details. You will now see a list of the items in text.
Click the one that is called "Helium_Frog_2_06.exe" (it may be just called "Helium_Frog_2_06" depending on your system settings) This runs the program.
By the way if the ".exe" doesn't show up you can make file extensions visible by Top Menu > Tools > Folder options > View Tab > Untick the box "Hide extensions for known types"
If you prefer this view, you can use the "Apply to All folders" button to make this the default view for any folder.

I tried to download it on my nan's PC, and it kept saying the file was corrupted...
