I reckon the theme will be:
Car chase or Superheroes
Usually the theme is something less specific,such as "giving" for thac 4 if I remember correctly.

D.J.M if you use Audacity, it is better, free to download and use and it has noise removal.
I do use it. By the way, I've solved my problem.
