I have Ldraw and i want to know how to get my creations [such as a car i have made] into my film. 
First thing you need is to animate and export the videofile, and us a specFX program to put it into your film.
Blender is free, but is quite hard to use unless you've already learned it. Maybe send the Ldraw files to someone else along with the footage and have them put the cars in it.
... which is very hard to do, and I don't think I will do that for people, except for Mr. Belgium_Guy_with_tight_suite (inside joke, I'm working for him right now)
Well then, if you can't get T.G to do it, try to find someone (not very many people will though, because it's hard and takes a long time to finish). I would do it, but I have a tendancy to not get things done if I don't have lots of motivation.
