How about "Reloading a Gun", if that one hasn't been done yet, or the previously suggested "Dramatic Rescue"?
My proposal would be "Jumping through a window". Of course only if it hasn't been done yet

Some body suggested "Crushing an Object" a while back. I like that one 
I would like to say, however, that you should probably pick a topic before everyone starts posting hundreds of suggestions. 
I suggest "replacement animation"
It's a stop-motion technique where one replaces something with another thing in the next frame to create an animation.
An example of that sort of thing would be my rainbow test montage.

Guys, I'm thinking...monkey bars animation. You have to animate somebody doing the monkey bars (lame, I know). Alright, I'll give you all til Monday 18th evening to do your entries, I'll post results Tuesday (English time).

"Monkey Bars"? You mean like those climbing things you sometimes get in playgrounds?
Would doing a gymnast on parallel bars be allowed?

Yeah, the things you get in playgrounds...mighty wanderer, it has to be just normally doing the monkey bars...but you can add and alter slightly for the way you want to do it.
