It looks like you stretched it for widescreen.
Don't stretch VGA to Widescreen. You have to learn to be yourself, and not pretend to be someone you're not 
It was OK, but there was Light Flicker. I would have liked to have seen an Explosion, DetFilms has some good Free ones that can be easily keyed in. The sound seemed like more of a gunshot, no? Because that's the standard FindSounds.com gunshot we all use.
