This is scary. I've recently discovered that FreePlayMusic.com will fine you if you use their music for anything. And I've put their music in quite a few of my films (Including tim & fRED!) oblivious to this fact. http://freeplaymusic.com/licensing/termsofuse.php
I haven't had anyone present me with a fine or anyone asking me to take down the videos which include their music, so what should I do?
I'm thinking I should probably take the videos down. What do you think?
I think I heard about this site from you guys, so yeah Warning: Don't put any of their music in your videos.

Yeah I have them in some of my videos, I'm not gonna remove them though, just gonna stop using their music.

You can become a partner, but you just can't make money from the videos with FPM in them.

Hm, I want to keep the music so bad I'm considering paying for it. As long as it's $25 a year to have license and not $25 per song, I don't think the price is that bad.

If you make 25$ worth of ad revenue as a partner with the license, you'll break even and it will be as if it were free.
