Riivm, what was your shutter speed on that cnadle?
Years ago I made Lego Advent candles & a dreidel and displayed them at work.
HOO, I used a Helios 44-2, which is manual, so I don't have all the specifications, but I believe the shutter speed was 0.6 seconds with an aperture value of 2. The ISO speed was 6400.

I just bought a polarizing filter.

I took two pictures, one with my Iphone behind the brick, and one without. I then masked everything except the brick out of the picture. I am hoping to animate something with this technique soon.
