Topic: CyberPowerPC

Does anyone know if it's a good company to buy from? I have seen scattered reviews over the internet, and most of them are 5-star positive. However, the few 1-star reviews leave me worried. The attractive thing about CyberPowerPC is that you can have them assemble a custom computer for a low price. Here is the computer that I have been looking into -

The 1-star reviews all say that the customer service is extremely bad, that the assembly and shipping is sloppy, and that the hardware has issues. I am torn to either follow the 5-star reviews that say that it's a screamin' good deal, or play it safe. Perhaps I should order the parts and have a local shop assemble it? Or perhaps assemble it myself? Or maybe I should just buy a good computer from HP or Dell?
If anyone would like to help me out on my quest for a good desktop, please do so.
My price range is 800 - 950 dollars, and I'm looking for something with decent gaming capabilities, yet not too pricey. I want it to be able to play new, up-to-date games at a good FPS, but not all of them at max settings.

Here are the specs for the one I am currently customizing -
