VD's MSU Deflicker Plugin allows you to get rid of the flicker in your BrickFilms (If you have any!) and it also doesn't make the image quality die either!

I have this, but I'm not sure how to use it, because it doesn't seem to do anything when I move the bars up and down. 
It sounds like it's just as hard as the pan filter.

Same here. I found that quite a while ago; a very useful tool.

Really? I thought the Motion filter vor VirtualDub is pretty easy to handle, but brings some great results.
I have no idea how to use it though. Anyone know how?
