Topic: Jane and the Crown Jewel_Production Log

Hello everyone! It's been a while since I've done one of these, but here we are. I'm currently working on a third Jane and Ford short for one of my classes. The pair will go on another adventure this time together unlike the last one where it was just Jane. I'm very happy to go back into this world and these characters.

I've decided I wanted to go big on this one and kinda push my animation skill just a bit further that what I've done before. As well as spectacle and color. Think of the the stargate sequence in 2001 A Space Odyssey. I'm very excited to see where this one goes and I'll most definitely keep everyone posted whomever is interested mini/smile

This looks excellent. I'm excited to see where Jane and Ford will go this time. I really like the charcters you've created, and it's really great that it seems to be morphing into a series. As BKLP said, the lighting is very dark and gritty, which gives it a really nice look, and enhances the atmosphere. The rocks are well-placed and look natural as well, so great job with that! Are those BrickArms vests? It's easy to see Ford and Jane's faces, however, it's pretty black and hard to see the rest of their bodies, which is a good thing, as you want the attention to be on their faces (I assume). Anyway, I'm going to have a lot of fun following along, and I wish you good luck!

Thank you so much, and very happy you love the characters! Oh don't worry, hopefully if I pull this off right, some crazy stuff is gonna happen in this one mini/smile  As for the vest I got them through Etsy, but they look more like Brick Arm vest, they just might be to be honest. Oh yeah it will be more on the dark side, at least for this scene mini/XD

As for the length, it's looking like this might be 3 to 5 minutes! Thank you also for the luck, stay tuned!

Hello all! Quick update! I am putting on the finishing touches on the animation portion and then going straight into post it should be done very very soon. Possibly in the next two weeks or so mini/smile  In the meantime here are some more stills!
