have you tried simply re-installing it? That shortcut thumbnail you posted is unlikely to be a virus. It's probably just pointing to the wrong location.
Is the shortcut right? Like, when you go to C:\Program Files\Stop Motion Pro v65\smp65.exe is the program really installed there?
Yep:
Sean: No, but what about the licence key etc.
Reinstalling the program shouldn't mean you'll need a new license key... That would suprise me very much. Just use the same details you previously used.
BUMP.
OK, the name of the topic has changed. Computer problem: my boot up time is considerable slow, (3-5 minutes!) and is rather baffling.
I have got:
PS: I have tried using 'Autoruns' but the bit the bit that takes time is the "Microsoft blue/green bar with the windows flag".
Boot up time? Try stopping a load of stuff opening up on start up.
I have, with 'Autoruns'.

Have you cleared your desktop of loads of icons?

Processors not the best.
But it was perfectly fast a couple of weeks ago. And I have less on than before.
Processors not the best.
Yeah, need a new one.
Do a system restore to a couple of weeks ago then.
I still need help, this thread is getting dragged down.
@Rsteenoven I would except I have one when I got SP3 and SP2.

Well, I have a new computer now, a good gaming one.
I have £80, and my birthday is really soon (15 days). I did (Still open if to suggestions.) think about a DSLR. But a Powershot G9 is pretty epic, so I will use that. O.K., flowing Sean's idea I shall de-activate it and then see if I can reinstall it on my new P.C. BUT, is a basic version of SMP6 good compared to this: AnimatorHD
It says it supports my camera, and it looks pretty good.
AC adapter though! My dad won't buy abroad and in the UK it costs £70!
Well, I have this new computer, and if I say to them can you cancel the license, then can I download it again to the new computer, would they do it?
It is an older version of SMP.
Otherwise, I shall by an AC Adapter and Animator HD.
Looking at the picture, do you think it could go on a tripod?
What do you mean by 'go on a tripod'? Are you asking if you can mount it on the top, or doing just want to attach it to a leg? The cord from the adapter to the computer/camera (I don't know what the AC adapter is for) should be able to reach to the floor, so you wouldn't need to mount anywhere.
