This is a film plot I made, I am wondering if you guys think I should turn it into a film.

THE POLISH LANCER
It is 2009, the world is changing...but people don't. In Paris a string of murders have
appeared. Every victim remains with a lance stabbed through their torso. And every
victim has a letter next to them with only a phrase and a picture. "vive la emperor"
and a picture of a polish lancer. The number of murders are growing and growing,
and every time the French Police Force try to catch him...they are slaughtered. There
is only one resolution to catch the lancer...thats by using military force.
