Butter, oil.
will these damage the minifig?i want it to be intact when im done
You could wash them afterwards, I can't see how butter would damage a minifig?
Take the fig apart and separate it into: Head, Torso, Arms, Legs. Then, lubricate them well with
Butter, oil.
EDIT: Rsteen, I think he means that the decals might be rubbed out.

yeah and i cant take the head off.if i could do that i wouldnt be worrying about turning it
Mail it to me, and I'll get it off
No, remove the hair. Squeeze the sides of the head with a rubber jar opener, and turn the Torso. Maybe put a little lubricant in the head-hole first.
Oh, I get this sometimes. Fresh out of the box, stick the head on the fig and it's stuck on really hard. Just give it a really good tug.
ive tryed that.ive even tugged with my teeth, tugged normal, asked my dad to get it, used rubber things, nothing works
get some nice lard, just grease her up man.
You can grind down the sucker on the torso to make it fit inside loosely to give you room to move around.

whoa, you sound like a mecanic.
yea.im not touching lard.
If you have been biting the heads, why would you be afraid to use butter?
Get a C-Clamp to hold the torso. Put the rubber thing around the head. Use an adjustable wrench, tighten around the head and TURN!
I've even tugged with my teeth...
I find that using one's teeth is a bad idea. It leaves marks on the head.
it doesnt on mine, my teeth dont bite hard enough for that casue they hurt
Srsly, try my idea.

That's not what I was thinking he sounded like...
