Topic: Playstation Eye?

Hello there.

Does anyone here use, or at least know of the quality of the Playstation Eye? (PS3 Successor to the Eyetoy)

I'm thinking of picking it up anyways for my ps3, but it would be awesome if it was good enough quality to allow me to start creating new Brickfilms, seeing as I haven't made one in nearly a year.

Teh Tripod has teh extra boost.

I am devoted to proving that the brickfilm art can be just as serious, emotional, and entertaining as anything in the professional film industry.

The eye does not support a computer. Unless you've got a stop motion program on your PS3, it would be better to get a quickcam or so.

You do know you can download drivers for it, right?

Well, I've seen some stop motion tests online, and the quality looks fairly nice, much better in comparison to my previous camera, so I think i'll give it a shot. mini/smile
