Pilot Fish follows the story of Bill (52) a member of a cult led by Winston (79) and his right hand man Wes (51) who's belief is that they can achieve immortality through the process of organ transplants keeping the body young. Winston asks Bill to do the one thing he can never bring himself to do. Bill now has to navigate a way out of this whilst his faith and devotion to the cult is tested.
