Yes, you can submit your brickfilms into the directory by clicking the Films link at the top of the page.
First off, welcome to BricksInMotion. Glad to have you here.
And to answer your question, yes, you will be able to post your brickfilms here. Simply go to the Films page and click "Submit Film" under the Controls section. Then follow the instructions from there.
