I have fixed the missing header problem with the forum for Internet Exploror, if you encounter any weird display bugs in IE this would be the place to post them. Sorry it took so long to get this fixed. If the changes are not showing up you may want to clear your cache.
Glad to see it's all working well. Thanks for working on IE compatibility, many problems will be avoided in the future thanks to this, especially with new members.

HeAndHimStudios, what version of IE are you using, and is it still happening? I was playing around with a few things but if something does not work correctly I will try to fix it.

Darkman, people should be able to use our site without problems with any browser they choose (well maybe not Links)
@HeAndHimStudios you can temporarily fix this by using Compatibility View on IE8, you should not have to do this, I'm not sure why these changes have shown up in IE 8, they should only apply to IE7 and below 
currently on 11% of IE users are using version 8, if 100% of them upgraded I wouldn't have to hack together stupid fixes like this.

Don't be mean to people like me, who try to run it on mac OSX, using DOSbox.
Actually, I just got links running on the Mac terminal.
I love links! It's SO fast.
The only offset is that it's pure text, and the login doesn't stay logged in on BiM.

For the umpteenth time, that's not how webdesign works. A website that tells people "oh and if you encounter any bugs, you should have been using [Browser X] in the first place so download that now!" is a bad website. A horrible one. It's just as biased and arsoholic as a Microsoft saying you can't uninstall Internet Explorer because it's an integral part of the system.
It works in compatability mode, and treat anything said around that time as said at school, in a rush, trying to work and be online at the same time, all while not showing my teacher I'm even here, so I type waht always comes to mind.
Hmm, when you run IE in compatability mode and you use the search option it messes up the normal page. 
A simple 'don't run in compatability mode' click fixes this though.

Are you running IE in compatability mode? Because I only get that when I don't run it in compatability mode.
Taht happens to me on IE8 also.
How do you run it on that mode?
