It's cool that you want to be involved in the community, but I'd encourage you to spend a little more time getting involved in this community before you attempt to run a contest, especially when there are two contests going on in the forum right now. Running a contest well requires a good deal of planning, organization, experience, and funds.
I'm not convinced that you've thought this through, especially considering you PM'd me asking if you could run a contest about 5 minutes before posting the announcement and before I could write a response.
Everybody else, please be gentle. Fall Below Films is new and as you know, many new members get excited about contests and want to run one themselves.
This, quite honestly, is a terrible idea. We already have BRAWL and Darkness & Light happening right now, you've clearly just ripped off BRAWL, and there are no compelling prizes.
Please think things through more next time.

Like I said, it's cool that you want to be involved in this community! I encourage you to keep making films and posting feedback for others in the various forums available for that purpose. Maybe in a few years you'll have the reputation and experience it takes to pull off a good contest of your own! It's just that it's very common for new people to announce contests here that are based on another contest but without prizes, and this tends to backfire on them so I want to spare you that.

Up to you. It's very hard to get anybody to enter a contest with no prizes and no established brickfilmers involved in running or judging it. It'll be doubly hard with two major contests going on already.

It looks like you don't understand how BRAWL works. The BRAWL contest requires a starting thread, because its mod elements and theme weren't announced until then. You've already announced those things here, so you don't need a second thread.
