I find it impressive that you've used a frame-rate higher than most brickfilms. Which is rather fitting for a contest where you would want to fit as much detail into 20 seconds as possible. I especially liked the sound effects used and the animation of the bird.

This was really amusing and probably the most animated entry of them all. I especially love how Spiderman called calls the horse a pigeon. 
Overall, this was really fun.
Your animation was pretty smooth as well, the only thing I would work on is your lighting. It looks kinda darkish and there is some flickering.
But that didn't stop me from enjoying it, great job Wammy!
Wow, this is probably one of my favorites of the contest, perhaps of all the EASTER contests. Very Just Kidden-ish. For some reason, the chipmunk chuckling as he drags the horse into the house gets me every time.

This seems to follow that style of "lolwat" randomness that doesn't really make any sense, but is somehow fun in spite (or perhaps because) of that.
The animation is smooth, owning probably to the higher frame rate, and while the meaning of the plot is incomprehensible, it remains enjoyable. The effects on his eyes and mouth go along way to helping convey his expression, and only add to the odd feeling of stuff being not quite right in his head.
It was done well for what it is, but sadly the humor is better suited to the taste of another.
