Back when I was younger,  I saw a brick film that I really liked. I saw it in 2005-2007 so it can't be later than that. It was a semi long one from what I can remember (8 mins or so)  and it was pretty creepy. It involved a few people who found this group of people with smily faces who didn't talk. They invited them inside and there was this huge door and at night it closed and this high pitched sound went off. Whoever was outside was taken away by these creatures and eaten. Eventually they go into the area where their friend is taken and there are all these skeletons.

If anyone out there knows the title that would help so much.
