I liked the story but too much dusty stuff in front of the camera lens.

What you see there is an overload of color grading.

I would tome down a bit and take the suggestions of others. You can hardly see anything with the dozens of effects. Though they are pretty well done, there is just too many of them which really brings down the enjoyment level of the viewer.   Instead I would try and improve on your animation. An animation a week will not give you enough time to improve.
