In this entry for THAC 12, a man that goes by the name of Phil Byrd witnesses a mob hit at the city marina! It's only a matter of time before the elderly mob boss tries to erase any witnesses, but can the Witness Protection Program save him? This film explores the beginnings of a unusual character that will return later in Project U!

I had to watch it again to figure it out, but now I understand. Good work on that. The water splash effect was out of place, but that's small. I enjoyed the storyline of this film.

An interesting storyline is present, but so is the blatantly constant light flicker. That could use some work, but nice job on the whole, you guys.
