Topic: Dalek voice needed

Hey BIM.
I am in need of someone who is able to voice a Dalek and has the tools to make it sound as close to a real Dalek as possible.
I am not looking for a Dalek Voice that is just an echo sound so please don't apply.
If someone can help me out here it will be greatly appreciated.
Currently scripting a Doctor Who series that I am certain no one has done yet.

I made a Dalek FX unit a few years back for this exact purpose, here's a clip:

I can do it in a couple of different frequencies; there's the more gravelly-voiced Daleks and then the higher-pitched frantic sounding ones. The first clip was the low-pitched one, and if the point isn't driven home enough here's the high-pitched Dalek:
