And thats all
Here's mine.
Unfortunately, I don't have a desk big enough for most of my really big sets, so I have to use the floor.
Anyway, here you've got my set from How to Not Rob a Bank (the Bank) with four removable walls to shoot the inside with a big blue canvas day background, and behind that my alternate night or space sky backdrop which is a big board of wood painted black with white dots. Next to the set are some assorted tools, blue bricks, and a bin with useful pieces.
Very cool set, but unfortunately you must filming on a floor.

That was from over a month ago but yeah, he probably should though if his set doesn't fit on the table, meh, not much of another choice.
Also, I wouldn't critize ANP, he's a great animator. Go watch "Pirates Rule!" by him (link in his signature). I would also keep away from quoting giant posts like that.

I think it's reasonable to quote a post, even if it has a big picture, if it's on a different page. Otherwise people won't know what you mean. Seems reasonable.
Anyway, I actually really, really, really hate filming on the floor. It's not comfortable. Putting up with sitting cross-legged for hours animating takes a whole lot of stamina, and I do believe it's slowed my animation process. But I do so because many of my sets are rather big, and I need the space. I do not have yet one with sufficient room to film. But, on the plus side, I have space, and my floor is remarkably clean as floors go.
Though, my brother is getting ready a new animation studio in another room. We'll have a huge table, and very comfy chairs. And thus I'll be happier animating, and films should come out faster.
I remember when I filmed on the floor, this was the result.

That's great news!

Well I guess it depends on what strategy you use to animate like that.
My studio:
I have my huge greenscreen which is 2 pieces of plywood stuck together in the shape of an L. I have a lego table to hold the whole thing up and encyclopedias to raise it even higher. I use a Webcam Pro 9000 for filming and 3 lamps.
Wow that is an awesome set up. Will post pics of mine later. As an aside, what are you greenscreens covered with.? I currently use felt but finding it a little bit too shiny at times
Here's a pic of my setup.
Heres a pic of the main setup. I have 2 pieces of Blue Cardboard, which i use for sky and Chroma Key effects. I have 2 lamps with Florescent blubs, 1 is attached to the table. I am hoping to get another lamp in the future.
From 2 different Angles
When I am animating, i put all the bricks i need into this container. (just for the record, I have A LOT more bricks then this)
For Frame Capture, i use Stop Motion Pro v7.5 Action Plus
That looks great, TitanStudios!

I have seen Pirate Rule! and all of his animations. I didn't say anything bad or good, I just said that he must to filming on the floor. And what's wrong of it's old photo and post. All the guys have permission to do that. And what's wrong of that I post giant post. Is something wrong?
And I really know that ANP is very very good animator and so on. Just say what I said...
Brilliant! I love it.
It's just regular thin cloth that I got from a fabric store.
