Well, today I animated about everything left not Korange and built a one shot set to briefly use and took that one shot.
I spent a few hours recording and I'm happy to have gotten nearly everything done for those who required my assistance in voicing, and I'm glad to have that off my chest. Though Two people still await now.
I spent over an hour trying my own narration for my film, but it is a dreadfully difficult thing. The voice of the Pumpkin Man is quite hard to get just right. On top of that I have to correctly deliver a poem with an ever changing rhyming scheme. This is the most difficult voice role I've ever done by far.
Though, that hour of trying did get me close, and I certainly did DEVELOP it.
Har har har
I've also almost finished Korange, where most of the film takes place. All it needs is some more decor and some more lights for all my fancy on set stuff. It's a sort of dark lair Odoriferous styled lair, but I think I've improved upon my dark lair building style somewhat. Still the same size, though, and I've re-used Odoriferous's floor since I still have it.
I also have over 700 frames now. I've over-shot horribly so as much half of that could perchance be cut. But I really did want to be careful, so over-shot I did. I shouldn't regret it when I'm editing.
Wammy wrote:I like the first one better. If the faceless woman is the main character, then I would think about using The Faceless Elf as the title.
I'm really not sure who is the main character actually. I can't decide if it's the Pumpkins Three or the Faceless Elf.
The faceless elf fits closer to a usual protagonist character, though the story is told from the point of the Pumpkins Three, and thus many points of the elf's story aren't thoroughly explained. And yet the Pumpkins Three remain rather mysterious. The whole bunch of them are rather creepy, though. But if I had to say it would be about all of them.
