Topic: Why won't my Avatar be accepted on BIM?

I keep getting an error everyitme I try to post up my avatar. I've left for quite a while and now feel I really need to know whats going on.

It's pretty frustrating as I have all the requirements for the Avatar 100x100 pixels, under 20kb and I have tried PNG and JPEG. Still keep getting error. Can someone tell me whats wrong? This goes for any image I attempt..

Check your file size again.  That's usually the case.

Hey Lech, I have checked the file size, the file size is 12.2kb and on disk it's 16kb still under the requirement. Why is it that it keeps giving me errors?

Upload the image somewhere like tinypic.com and post the image link here and let's find out why.
