Arthur Oliver struggles to maintain is social life and his life as the costumed crime fighter Neptune. Remembering the advice given to him by the gangster Mr.Green, Neptune's plan is to dig up some dirt on the city's most dangerous crime lord, Big Jim.
4th installment in my Neptune series. This episode was delayed because of school and whatnot but hopefully episode 5 will be finished soon.
