A few inaccuracies
Every single film ever made is inaccurate to some extent. Unless it actually detracts from the plot, ignore it.
MAN ON FIRE
If you like Tony Scott's directing style then it's definitely a piece of candy waiting for you to taste it
I really enjoyed this one even though I did watch it for the 3rd time in my life.
8/10
DRIVE
Loved the pace, loved the soundtrack, loved the gore. Ryan Gosling is so darn awesome! The acting was spot on and this movie really avoids many action/thriller cliches. One of the greatest 2011 films IMO.
9/10
SUPERHERO MOVIE
This one was pain in the a** to watch. Thank God the running time is only about 80mins. I usually like the parody movies and I even liked Vampires Suck but this Superhero movie thing was just way too cliche (even for a parody movie wow!
)
4/10
A few inaccuracies (i.e. July 7, 2010 was on a Wednesday, not a Saturday)
Honestly, what does that take from the film? I haven't seen it, but my oh my how the world would end just because the date is not on the correct day of the week (From a couple years ago, none the less).
I was just pointing it out. It's no big deal, I just noticed it. ![]()
Tenebrae
Excellent. Superior to Suspiria in my opinion, though I'm sensing that Suspiria is one of those films that will take a second viewing for me to appreciate it (happens a lot with me, Fistful of Dollars, 28 Days Later and Jackie Brown are a few examples). Anyway, really enjoyed this one. (Got an Argento boxset, Kinz!)
Memento
Excellent.
The Wicker Man (remake)
Wh... what? Where was the bees scene? Dammit.

Nope. Plus, no deleted scenes on the DVD. Gneargh. They just used audio from those scenes and played them as he's dragged towards The Wicker Man]. There was a humorous *crack!* "AAH MY LEGS!", though.

Hook
I had never seen this before and I quite liked it. T'was really strange towards the middle tho.
The Phantom Menace
Everypony complains about this film because they compare it to the other Star Wars movies but I think that it's a very good film on its own. Yeah, but compared to the first trilogy it's poop, but almost anything is poop compared to that awesomeness. And I finally got to see Jar Jar on the big screen! ahaha I love Jar Jar
Napoleon Dynamite
Wow, two of my faaaaaaaaaaavorite movies on the same day! You know a movie has to be good if you've watched it over twenty times and still can enjoy it.
Pitbullterje
A norwegian movie. I think norwegian youth comedies are really weird, in this one threre was 12-years old people that was smoking and drinking beer.
6.5/10
The Back to the Future trilogy. Great Scott those are good movies.

Awesome! Have you seen Profondo Rosso yet? In my opinion, it's better than Suspiria.
It's got:
• Profondo Rosso
• Suspiria
• Tenebrae
• The Bird with the Crystal Plumage
• Phenomena
• The Phantom of the Opera
Will probably watch Profondo Rosso this weekend, and The Bird with the Crystal Plumage if I have time. Should be awesome.
Also, Tenebrae has a rockin' soundtrack...
The Wicker Man (remake)
Wh... what? Where was the bees scene? Dammit.
I imagine The Wicker Man 2006 is almost intolerable without the bee scene. I almost switched off the movie (something I've only done when watching Batman And Robin and Scott Pilgrim VS The World) during the first half, and its only after the "Step away from the bike!!" when it became watch-able - and you think "OK, its not ever going to get good, so I'm just going to pretend this is a comedy and Nick Cage is deliberately being this goofy"
Its also the only movie where violence towards women is absolutely hilarious. Now THAT'S something I admire the movie for....its just a shame its not intentional...
Yeah, "Step away from the bike" is basically the point where Nic goes insane. It's actually pretty much just mediocre for the most part before that. Although every now and then something beautiful would happen. I loved it when they tried to pull the An American Werewolf in London dream gag to no avail.
"DAMN IT."
I'm glad I saw it, though.
Yeah, I feel I learnt something from watching it. I have no idea what I learnt, but I'm glad I watched it anyway...
I think its much more painful if you love the original. Just seeing the re-make completely miss the point of like...EVERYTHING made me want to switch the movie straight off and instead put in the original. The twist that everyone on the island is Female could have been interesting; but, of course, its completely ignored - apart from the infamous second act with the bear.
What's hilarious is that my Pre-Owned copy from Amazon (for £1.50) actually had a newspaper edition of the original Wickerman inside it. Its almost like the seller felt sorry for me and thought "I'd better throw the original in too - just to ease the pain..."
Mysterious island(2005).
Seriously, this movie was epic, the only bad part was that the creatures were animated terribly.
3/5.

I, Robot
This was a great movie, if you watch it on tv they cut stuff which could'v be left out already.
I liked it a lot. Pretty good plot and story line. Very interesting movie. If you watch this and Eagle Eye, you might freak a bit about advancing technology...
