Re: What was the last movie you watched?
TRON]
That was a trippy fun time! Really amazed at the effects, it makes me realize how much I have nooo clue how computers work. So pumped for Tron: Legacy, should be great.

Gunless
Very funny western.
I love how they want to have a showdown but there are no guns in the town.
Oh, and the movie was filmed where my family usually goes vacationing too.
Ice Age 3
My favorite computer generated film.

High-five! ![]()
Rear Window
Hitchcock really deserves his title.
The Shining
Awesome, just awesome. Jack Nicholson is so great in it. A sane person would want to chop Wendy up in a little pieces though.
The Proposition
Great modern day western, nice acting and really nice shots of Australia.
The Killer
John Woo is just so awesome.
The Proposition is pretty awesome; I really like the score.
I'm going to go see Harry Potter: And The Deathly Hallow's Part One
Don't know when but i'm going to go see it...
-Olaf Yoshi
Ice Age 3
My favorite computer generated film.
That's probably one of my least favorite CG films.
Anyway-
Alice in Wonderland (2010)
Pretty trippy, which was to be expected considering the director. I liked it, but it wasn't as great as I expected it to be.

Evan Almighty
Morgan Freeman FTW!
Desperado
Such an awesome movie. Robert Rodriguez is a legend.
I watched The Last Airbender as my last movie and got it fantastic . Wide ranging emotions of the movie were too enjoyable . Strange planet Pandora was an attraction point for me in this movie.
Err, I think you mean Avatar.
Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows Part 1
It had it's great moments, especially the beginning, the film kinda falls flat going towards the ending and the ending didn't left me much exited and felth really rushed, but I can't give an overal opinion withouth seeing the second part.
-Darkman
The Truman Show
Absolutley bizarre and uncomprhensible in some ways. I loved it!!

Toy Story 3
YES YES YES
Rudy
A good film. Not much about football, really.

My uncle played on the team that won the NCAA for Notre Dame and he says that most of the stuff that happened in that movie was either faked or inflated. He was on the team with Rudy and he told me all about it. A few examples:
1. His friend didn't give him a lettermen jacket. Rudy stole the lettermen jacket.
2. The team members didn't chant his name in the last game of the movie. Some guys who hated him started chanting his name to rub in the fact that he never was played and since Notre Dame was ahead by a lot the coach said what the heck and put him in.
3. Rudy didn't even make the tackle at the end of the movie.
All from the mouth of a team member who played for them. (He can't get his Notre Dame championship ring off. It's stuck.
)
Eh. Fiction loves to glamorize so-called true stories.
Sympathy for Lady Vengeance
Love this movie! I need to see more of Park Chan-Wook's films. Old Boy is still my favourite though.
Mean Streets
My expectations were high, but it was even better than I expected. Jumped right into my favourite movies, liked it a lot. My favourite Scorsese film, along with Taxi Driver. The scene with 'Jumping Jack Flash' by the Rolling Stones was so cool.
The Wrestler
Second time I've seen this (over 6 months ago, I think). I liked it the first time, but it really amazed me this time, fantastic portrayal and Mickey Rourke was really good.
Monsters and The Social Network
Liked them both, especially the music in each of them - Jon Hopkins and Trent Reznor.
