ok who remembers Merlin's Robot

I made this trailer for it a long time ago but some kringlefricker reuploaded the film here and is trying to take credit for it, to pass it off as a trailer for his own work. I have flagged it for copyright violation and filled out all those forms and stuff, but I am not sure if that is enough. For those of you who have had troubles in the past like this, how did you get the offending video removed from the channel (and did it work)?
