I can't explain how I did it very well - Basically I drew the pictures on Paint and animated them using motion keys. I could go into explicit detail, but there are hundreds of tutorials that depict what I'm trying to say. For myself, it was self-taught, I didn't look into any tutorials before attempting the animation and as a first go I thought it turned out ok. Good luck!
