@Hazzat and iDroid,
Please do not feed the spam bots, marks960 has been banned and it's spam is removed. The report button works well. ![]()
Well maybe they shouldn't be put together if possible. ![]()
So i'm starting to finish my script now ![]()
I'd planned to have a rule against that, however it might not be necessary if that's going to be an issue for people. There will be a small prize for the trailer challenge, btw.
For clarification, the deadline for the trailer contest will most likely be a week before the STAR deadline, and any trailers for films that don't make the STAR deadline will be disqualified from the trailer contest as well. Hopefully we can announce the trailer contest results sometime around the contest deadline.
I got some people to do lines, very good actors.
Now my film will have a 1up on voice-acting hopefully... ![]()
If you used a Bionicle as the monster in your film, would that count as trademark?
I still don't understand what the topic is, because it mentioned that it isn't a science fiction movie, and it also mentioned that it could be an action-packed space battle or a mind bobbling mystery.
version of the video that is 30 megabytes or less, though higher quality versions may be included as well.
Would 102mb be alright?
That's fine for a high quality version, just make sure you have the 30mb or less one as well.

It can be sci-fi, but the contest isn't restricting you to that. The first post actually doesn't mention mystery, though The Twilight Zone certainly had some mystery to it. If your film's story plays with perception of time, space, and/or reality in some prominent manner, it will fit with the theme of this contest. My point was that "space" can be taken as outer space or in reference to spatial relationships; there are many definitions of the term 'space' and any of them is acceptable.
Go Darkman your sets are looking good.
Okay, since I mentioned the thing about the report button, two different people have jokingly used it to respond to this thread.
Haha ![]()
