He doesn't seem that active on YouTube so I thought asking on BiM would be faster.
Isn't there an app for that?
Shazam I believe. It might not work because incompetech is a little off grid.
I want I brickfilmer who recognizes it not an app (I don't even have a dumb phone)

Just try searching Incompetech for it (feel, collection, genre).
If you still can't find it, try asking Kevin MacLeod himself through E-mail (go to the "Contact" page").
Found it after an hour of searching through incompetech.com It's called "Eighties Action"
@minifigo51 on his site he specifically says not to ask him to identify a song because he's made so many he can't tell.
