That is some wonderful lighting, Squid. Great, Loic!

Here's a frame from my film. I know it's a bit too orange, but when I filmed I had forgotten that the Logitech Webcam Controller messes up the white balance, and I have to turn in on and off of Auto to fix it. Most of the rest of the film is better white balance-wise though.

I can't believe I already have 3:15 of animation, with a bit more to go. And that's taking out one of the short-ish scenes. I think I made my script a bit long....  Well, at least I'm almost done animating. Then I need to add the sound effects and music and I'm done.

@Mighty, if you have editing software capable of color correction I'd give it a shot to try and have a more uniform lighting throughout the film.

Yeah, just try a bit of color-correction on that and it should turn out pretty good.
I like the lamp in the corner, it's a nice detail.

@Squid,
Can't wait to see that lighting then. If you think it's amazing, it must be spectacular.

Well, mine's finally uploading. Should be done in thirty minutes or so. Already have the submission e-mail typed up.
For me, I'm really looking forward to Loic's, Squid's and Jonn's, but will be sure to watch them all.
Wonder how long judging will take.


UPDATE:
E-mail sent, even though Youtube messed with the video. (Fades are super-pixel-y and the video is only 720p.)
Still, it's done. And I may celebrate with a movie tonight.

Thanks, Pritchard and Droid. I'll try to do a bit more color correction to make it match. And what I decided to do was to just leave the shots that got messed up more orange-y, first of all since I really can't get them completely white (I have tried, though I was able to get it a bit better after trying again), and second of all since they're all in one set, then the rest of the film (which is another set) is a lot whiter.

END, he flips it around when he realizes it's backwards.

Update: Filming has been completed! Woohoo! mini/bigsmile

1: grab a cup of coffee, stay up night/morning mini/dizzy

2: shorten the film (may not be possible)

3: do a rushed/poor job in the morning

4: slump down on your keyboard and fall asleep trying to decide.

I camt pull an allnigjter but im doong close to it i will shorten the film by a ton of scrnes that armt needed then ad them in as a directors cut later

I put a lens flare in the film just for you.  It's only there for one frame, but it is there.

OK. So I'm going out in like an hour for all of the afternoon and from then I have until 1AM to finish this... oh boy...

Well I only have one more scene left to shoot, and it's not all that important, so if worst comes to worst I'll submit it without that scene and then just upload the public version with it.

Also I've sort of been animating and editing at the same time, so a lot of the editing process is already out of the way. Have some frames.
