Topic: Choosing a Pop filter
I am planing on buying a microphone and people have said here and on Amazon to get a pop filter. So which do I buy? I want one that's less than $20 on Amazon.

Bend a wire coathanger into a loop. Stretch a stocking or two over it, depending on thickness.
Boom. You now have a pop filter that's just as good as any you'll buy for under $20.
Can you give me an example of a brickfilm were you or someone else used this?
Nope. But it's not an uncommon technique. Not exactly expensive either - odds are all the materials you need are already in your house. Ask your mother for a wire coathanger and a stocking and try it out for yourself.
