First of all I'd like to say that you absolutely must make this video! I love Queen, they are like my second favorite band, and are greatly in need of a lego tribute!
Secondly I found the creator of your image. He is a flickr user and doesn't really have any information on how to buy these. I would suggest asking him if you can purchase them, or some advice on how to make them if you have a flickr account.

Now, as someone who really used to be into customization, I can give some pointers on how this was made. The guitars were from brickforge.com, as stated on the flickr description. Most of the heads and bodies appear to be created with waterslide decals, which you can design with photoshop and a template. You will need to find waterslide decal paper, and I have no idea which stores sell it. You can buy it online easily enough though. Some of the body designs actually seem like they are painted on, probably with a fine tipped sharpie. Especially on Roger's torso. Now many customizers will tell you this is a bad thing, but if the design is simple enough and you are able to coat it with a sealant like clear nail polish it will look pretty.
The hair, save for Freddie's, looks like it was molded from some kind of clay. I actually have no idea how to do this but I can tell that they were not molded from ABS plastic or whatever, especially because they have an obvious coat of paint on them (especially John's hair.)
All that I can say now is like, here are some tutorials http://uglyduck-bricklink.blogspot.com/

Good luck, and I can't wait!
Here's the Eurobricks thread where the guy posted those. (Scroll up a tiny bit to see them.)
And those are no decals....
...been airbrushed and handpainted...
The member was last active a month ago, and I don't know how easily he could be contacted.
But you're more than welcome to give it a try.
