Are you asking what you should use, or...
tip: Don't just create a random vague question as a topic. Say "I can't decide whether I should use 15 or 24 fps, any advice on which is better?" or something along those lines. Unless of course you what the community mad at you. 
It depends...not everything is about framerate (if you're wondering which one you should use). I use 15fps normally, and sometimes go to 24 if I need to. 24 is smoother, but takes more work/time/dedication. So, whatever floats your boat.
